What becomes public

Your rating, review text, selected relationship, and any optional scorecard details are public after email verification. A public display name is optional. If you leave it blank, the review displays as Anonymous reviewer.

Your email address, verification token, IP address, and unpublished updates are not included in public review responses. Details you write can still identify you, colleagues, or customers.

What the service uses privately

The shared BOMForge review service uses your email to send a verification link and match a later update to your review. Hosting and security services process request information to operate the site and limit abuse. The verification email comes from BOMForge.

Drafts on this device

The review form saves the experience and scorecard in your browser’s session storage for recovery, with a 24-hour expiry. The private email is not included in the saved draft. Shared devices may expose browser session data; close the tab when finished.

Network and privacy requests

BOMCircle, BOMForge, and BOMAtlas are separate websites. Following a link takes you to that site’s privacy practices. Read the BOMForge privacy policy for the shared service and contact the team about access, correction, or deletion requests.
