Start with your relationship
Choose the relationship that matches your experience: current or former employee, contract worker, customer, or another business relationship. A quote experience and a year on the shop floor answer different questions. Give readers that context.
Describe what actually happened
Explain a routine or a specific outcome. Describe how training worked, how a delivery issue was handled, or what made a shift manageable. Separate what you directly observed from what you heard from someone else. Include what worked well and what could improve.
Use the scorecard selectively
Rate only the dimensions you know firsthand. You can leave any category as Not observed. A missing rating is more useful than a guess. Your overall rating expresses your experience; the detailed ratings explain it.
Protect your privacy before publishing
Your email is private and a public display name is optional. Your role, location, dates, and descriptions can still identify you or colleagues. Leave out private contact details, confidential commercial information, and details you do not want to make public.
Preview, then verify
Review your public preview carefully. Follow the verification link sent by BOMForge, which operates the shared review service. Your review is not published until you verify. Email verification confirms control of an inbox, not employment or the truth of every statement.
