Read the six dimensions separately
Quality, delivery, responsiveness, pricing, technical capability, and issue resolution cover different outcomes. A low price does not answer a quality question, and a fast quote does not establish production capacity.
Check claims against evidence

Keep employee and customer experiences distinct
